Powertrain: The Hero Glamour 125 comes with a 124.7cc fuel-injected engine, generating 10.53PS and 10.4Nm of torque. This BS6-compliant engine now includes a 5-speed gearbox, offering improved refinement and fuel efficiency over previous models.
Acceleration: It can accelerate from 0 to 60km/h in 7.1 seconds, making it quick for urban commutes.
Fuel Efficiency: With the improved fuel efficiency, the Glamour 125 achieves an impressive 64.1 kmpl in the city and 69.5 kmpl on highways. This provides a range of over 500 km on a single tank.
Smoothness: The engine performs well in the mid-range, making it easy for city commuting. While it can sustain speeds of 60-65 km/h comfortably, it begins to show strain at higher speeds (above 70km/h).

Suspension: The Glamour 125 is equipped with a new telescopic front fork and preload-adjustable twin shocks at the rear. While these suspension units provide better bump absorption when carrying a load, the ride can feel a bit firm when riding solo, especially over sharp bumps.
Handling: With a wheelbase of 1,273mm, the Glamour is stable and easy to maneuver, making it ideal for urban traffic. However, it remains a commuter bike at heart, offering neutral handling without exciting cornering capabilities.
Braking: The Disc variant features a 240mm disc brake at the front, offering improved braking performance, while the Drum variant uses a 130mm drum brake. The overall braking performance is decent, though there is room for improvement in terms of lever feel and progressiveness, especially in wet conditions.

Styling: The Glamour 125 is one of the more stylish commuter bikes in its segment, with subtle updates to the side panels and headlight cowl. The new colour schemes further enhance the bike’s appearance, though some design elements might not stand out as much on certain colour variants.
Build Quality: The build quality is generally reliable, but there are some flaws like uneven panel gaps and poorly finished welds. The overall construction is solid but not as refined as its competitors in terms of finishing.
